Cherimoya and Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

Serves 2

1 Cherimoya
1 Mango
300ml Fresh apple juice
Squeeze of lime

Method

1. Cut the cherimoya in half and scoop out the pulp
2. Make sure that you remove and discard all of the pips
3. Cut the mango in half and remove the stone
4. Score the fruit into squares, removing each piece from the skin
5. Place the cherimoya and mango into a blender and blend until smooth
6. Add the apple juice and lime juice into the mixture and blend for several seconds
7. Serve
