Cherimoya & Winter Berry Crumble

Ingredients

Serves 4

Crumble:
100g Plain flour
50g Rolled oats
35g Caster sugar
35g Muscodavo sugar
50g Unsalted butter
Butter for greasing

Filling:
1-2 Cherimoyas
150g Raspberries / blackberries

Method

1. Preheat the oven to gas mark 4 / 180C
2. Sieve the flour into a large mixing bowl then add the sugars
3. Cut the butter into cubes and rub into the flour and sugars, until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs
4. Add the oats and stir through
5. Prepare the cherimoya by slicing it in half and scooping out the pulp
6. Make sure you remove and discard all of the pips
7. Grease an oven proof dish and spoon the cherimoya mixture into the bottom
8. Wash the raspberries / blackberries and sprinkle them on top of the cherimoya
9. Spoon the crumble mixture over the fruit and place in the oven for 40 –45 minutes
10. Serve with custard / ice cream
