Terms & Conditions

1. All holiday bookings must be made through Holidays First on the dedicated telephone number 0844 209 4345 and apply to new bookings only.
2. This discount applies to selected ABTA bonded tour operators that can be booked through Holidays First and excludes flight only including low cost airlines. Please check prior to booking.
3. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
4. This discount is valid against any length of holiday, for any amount of people.
5. This discount can only be used against the final payment of a holiday (excluding surcharges, supplements, insurance, ski packs, taxes, fuel levy or any other extras) and not at the time the deposit is paid.
6. Full deposit will be required at the time of booking. For bookings within twelve weeks of departure, full payment will be collected.
7. This offer is valid for bookings made before 31/12/2009. All holidays are subject to availability.
8. Cancelled holidays are subject to the relevant tour operator’s booking conditions and cancellation charges.
9. The tour operator's booking conditions apply and must be read prior to booking your holiday.
10. Payment by credit or charge card will be subject to a 2.35% surcharge.
11. Holidays First cannot be held liable for the suitability or otherwise of any holiday chosen.
