Ingredients (Serves 4):
For the dessert:
2 Persimons
4 Kiwis
Raspberry Syrup
To decorate:
Mint leaves
Wafer biscuits
Preparation:
- Peel and cut the persimons into not too thick slices. Prepare the kiwis in the same way.
- Cover 4 plates with raspberry syrup, so that the bottom of the plate can no longer be seen.
- Alternate slices of persimon and kiwi on the plate.
- Decorate each plate with wafer biscuits and mint leaves.
