Persimon, Strawberry & Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
Makes 1

5 Large strawberries
1 Persimon
½ Banana
1 Orange, Juice only

Method
1. Wash the strawberries and remove the stalks then cut into slices
2. Prepare the persimon by cutting it into half and then into cubes
3. Peal the banana and cut into slices
4. Place all of the fruit into a food processor and blend until there are no lumps
5. Add the juice of one orange and blend for a further 2 minutes
6. Serve
