Persimon Milkshake
Ingredients
2 Ripe Spanish persimons, top cut off and cut into small cubes
150ml/5fl oz Milk
175ml/6fl oz Natural yoghurt
2 tsp Sugar
Method
1. Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth
2. Pour into glasses and add ice cubes to serve
