Sweet Plums in Spanish Red Wine

Serves 2

Ingredients

150g/5oz Butter
4 Plums
100ml/3 ½ fl oz Spanish red wine
2tbsp Honey
2 Cardamom pods, crushed

Method

1. Melt the butter in a small frying pan over a medium heat.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and cook over a high heat for six minutes, stirring frequently.
3. Serve in warm bowls with a little crème fraîche.
