Plums on Toast with Nuts

Ingredients


55g Macadamia Nuts
30g Butter
2 Plums
2 Slices of Toast

Method

  • Prepare the nuts by roughly chopping them into small pieces.
  • Then place them into a small dry pan and roast until they become golden in colour.
  • Add the butter to the heat and stir with the nuts until melted.
  • Meanwhile cut the plums in halves and remove the stones.
  • Once the butter is completely melted add the plums to the pan and saut' for a further 3 minutes.
  • Once the plums become tender remove from the heat and serve on top of the toast with the juices now in the pan.
Then add the nuts on top of the plums.
