Plums on Toast with Nuts
Ingredients
55g Macadamia Nuts
30g Butter
2 Plums
2 Slices of Toast
Method
- Prepare the nuts by roughly chopping them into small pieces.
- Then place them into a small dry pan and roast until they become golden in colour.
- Add the butter to the heat and stir with the nuts until melted.
- Meanwhile cut the plums in halves and remove the stones.
- Once the butter is completely melted add the plums to the pan and saut' for a further 3 minutes.
- Once the plums become tender remove from the heat and serve on top of the toast with the juices now in the pan.
