Fresh Fruit Kebabs

Ingredients

8 plums
1 bunch of Superior grapes
15 cherries
2 kiwis
3 bananas
50g Satsumas

For the Dip:
1 bar of milk, dark and white chocolate
220g natural yoghurt
1 teaspoon almond essence

Method

  • Peel the kiwi fruit and slice into equal sliced segments
  • Remove the skin of the banana and also slice into equal size pieces.
  • Cut the cherries in half and remove the stones.
  • Peel the satsumas and split into segments.
  • Thread the fruit onto the fruit skewer.
  • To make the dip, mix the fromage frais and almond essence together and place into a small bowl to serve.
  • For the chocolate dip break the milk chocolate into pieces and then put into a small bowl.
  • Place a saucepan of water on to a small flame and heat until boiled.
  • Then add the bowl with the chocolate in onto the saucepan and heat until melted.
  • Do this for both the dark and white chocolate and then place in individual bowls to serve as a dip.
  • To serve lay the fruit skewers onto a plate and then place the dips next to the fruit.
